Cyrus Walker

1791-1875
Cyrus Walker (1791-1875) was born 6 May 1791 in Rockbridge Co., Virginia. He was the son of Alexander Walker and Mary Magdalene Hammond. He met and married Flora Montgomery on 30 Jan. 1817 in Adair Co., Kentucky. He served as legal counsel for Joseph Smith and defended Joseph in a meeting that Wilford Woodruff attended on 2 Jul. 1843. He died in Dec. 1875 in McDonough Co., Illinois.
