Darius Lougee

Darius Lougee (1815-1893) was born 1 Mar. 1815 in Gelmanton, Belknap Co., New Hampshire. He was the son of Seth Fogg Lougee and Joanna Kimball. He married Jane Davis on 24 Nov. 1839 in Massachusetts; widowed. He married Sarah Leavitt on 25 Jun. 1843 in Lowell, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 2 Oct. 1842. He hosted Wilford Woodruff overnight on 20 Jan. 1850 in Lowell. He died 26 Dec. 1893 in St. George, Washington Co., Utah Territory.
