David Elliott

David Elliott (1799-1855) was born 18 Nov. 1799 in Charleston, Montgomery Co., New York. He was the son of Peter Elliott and Phebe Holley. He married Almira Holliday in 1821; widowed in 1823. He married Margery Quick on 3 Mar. 1823; widowed in 1831. He married Mary Cahoon on 21 May 1831 at Kirtland, Geauga Co., Ohio; widowed in 1837. He married Miranda Pratt on 11 Mar. 1838 in Cuyahoga Co., Ohio; widowed in 1846. He married Margaret Straway on 12 Mar. 1848 in Henry Co., Iowa. He was baptized 2 Jan. 1831. He and Wilford Woodruff were part of Zion's Camp in 1834. He died 2 Dec. 1855 in Great Salt Lake City, Great Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory.
