Elisabeth Christine of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel-Bevern

Elisabeth Christine of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel-Bevern (1715-1797) was born 8 Nov. 1715. She was the daughter of Ferdinand Albert II of Bevern and Antoinette Amalie of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel. She married Frederick II of Prussia on 12 Jun. 1733 in Wolfenbüttel, Principality of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, Duchy of Brunswick-Lüneburg. She died 13 Jan. 1797. She was one of the eminent women for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy temple ordinance work in Aug. 1877.
