Elizabeth Harriman Nichols Goodridge Hardy
Elizabeth Harriman Nichols Goodridge Hardy (1796-1872) was born 2 Mar. 1796 in Penobscot, Hancock Co., Maine. She was the daughter of Phenias Nichols and Anna Sanders. Elizabeth married Barnard Goodridge on 3 Feb. 1817 in Haverhill, Essex Co., Massachusetts; widowed in 1825. She married Leonard Wilford Hardy on 12 Oct. 1826 in Bradford, Essex Co., Massachusetts, and they had four children, including Clarissa Harriman Hardy, who was sealed to Wilford Woodruff. She was baptized 11 May 1841. She died 13 Oct. 1872 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory.
