Elizabeth Ravenscroft Bateman
Elizabeth Ravenscroft Bateman (1819-1901) was born 18 May 1819 in Staffordshire, England. She married Thomas Bateman on 23 Mar. 1843 in Nauvoo, Hancock Co., Illinois, and they had four children. She was mentioned in two letters written by Wilford Woodruff in 1840 and in Wilford's journal on 29 Jan. 1841 in the context of her move to Nauvoo. She died 10 Jun. 1901 in Denver, Arapahoe Co., Colorado.
