Emma Cook Butterfield Stocking (Stockins) (1850-1837) was born 13 Feb. 1850 in Compton Abdale, Gloucestershire, England. She was the daughter of John Cook and Ann Denley. She married George Butterfield, and they had two children; widowed in 1871. She was sealed to Ensign Israel Stocking, and they had two children. She was baptized 15 Aug. 1863. She was written a letter by Wilford Woodruff on 17 Aug. 1873. She died 1 Apr. 1937 in Riverton, Salt Lake Co., Utah.
