Emma Cottam Thompson

Emma Cottam Thompson (1850-1901) was born 27 Jun. 1850 in St. Louis, St. Louis Co., Missouri. She was the daughter of Thomas Cottam and Caroline Smith. She married William H. Thompson on 20 Nov. 1868 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory, and they had eight children. She was baptized in 1859. She and her husband regularly served with Wilford Woodruff in the St. George Temple from 1881 to 1887. She died 24 Apr. 1901 in St. George, Washington Co., Utah.
