Esther Hunter Samples McMeans

Esther Hunter Samples McMeans (abt. 1773-abt. 1856) was born about 1773 in South Carolina, British Colonial America. She was the daughter of David Hunter and Cochran. She married Samples before 1798, and they had one child. She married Anthony McMeans before 1809, and they had three children. She was baptized in Sep. 1840 in Post Oak Springs, Roane Co., Tennessee. She was mentioned in a letter written in 1840 from Phebe Whittemore Carter Woodruff to Wilford Woodruff. She died about 1856 in Alabama.
