Evans Jordan
Evans Jordan (abt. 1790-aft. 1859) was born about 1790 in North Carolina. He married Margarett Tolbert on 27 Apr. 1847 in Benton Co., Tennessee. He subscribed to the Latter Day Saints' Messenger and Advocate and allowed Wilford Woodruff to preach in his home in Benton Co., Tennessee in 1835 and 1836. He died after 11 Jun. 1860.
