Franklin Dewey Richards

Franklin Dewey Richards (1821-1899) was born 2 Apr. 1821 in Richmond, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts. He was the son of Phinehas Richards and Wealthy Dewey. He married Jane Snyder on 18 Dec. 1842. He was baptized 3 Jun. 1838. He was a missionary in England with Wilford Woodruff. He died 9 Dec. 1899 in Ogden, Weber Co., Utah.
