Franklin Spencer
Franklin Spencer (Nicholas Perkins) (1836-1915) was born 26 Jun. 1836 in Bracken Co., Kentucky. He was the son of Nicholas Summers Perkins and Sarah Jane Bradford. He married Sarah Jane Dodd on 9 Jun. 1864 in Colorado; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 25 Dec. 1864. He spoke and prayed at meetings that Wilford Woodruff attended from 1881 to 1884, and they exchanged letters from Jul. 1884 to Aug. 1886. He died 8 Dec. 1915 in Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico.
