George M. Hinkle

George M. Hinkle (1801-1861) was born 13 Nov. 1801 in Jefferson Co., Kentucky. He was the son of Michael Hinkle and Nancy Higgins. He married Sarah Ann Starkey. He married Mary Loman Hartman. He was baptized in 1832. He surrended church leaders to the Missouri state militia in 1839; the event was mentioned by Wilford Woodruff in his journal. He died Nov. 1861.
