George Sims
George Sims (1822-1865) was born 4 Mar. 1822 in London, Middlesex, England. He was the son of Alexander William Sims and Hester Jelfs. He married Caroline Hilliker on 22 Jun. 1845 in Milton-next-Gravesend, Kent, England; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 3 Sep. 1848. He spoke in several meetings that Wilford Woodruff attended from 1857 to 1862. He died 23 Oct. 1865 in the North Platte River, unorganized U.S. Territory.
