Harriet Benton Wight

Harriet Benton Wight (1801-1889) was born 19 Mar. 1801 in Litchfield, Litchfield Co., Connecticut. She was the daughter of John Benton and Sarah Bradley. She married Lyman Wight in 1823 in Monroe Co., New York, and they had six children. She was baptized in Aug. 1830 in Ohio. She was visited by Wilford Woodruff in 1839, and her husband wrote a letter to Wilford Woodruff dated 24 Aug. 1857. She died 26 Feb. 1889 and was buried in Holt Co., Nebraska.
