He married Emma Manella Woodruff, daughter of Wilford Woodruff and Emma Smith, on 15 Jan. 1880 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory; participated in plural marriage. He died 2 Feb. 1939 in Cottonwood, Salt Lake Co., Utah.
