Henry Ballard
Henry Ballard (1832-1908) was born 27 Jan. 1832 in Thatcham, Berkshire, England. He was the son of William W. Ballard and Hannah Russell. He married Margaret Reid McNeil on 5 May 1861 in Logan, Cache Co., Utah Territory; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized Feb. 1849. He commented as a Bishop on mission assignment responses sent by individuals under his ecclesiastical stewardship to President Wilford Woodruff from 1890 to 1898. He died 26 Feb. 1908 in Logan.
