Hyrum Smith Anderson

Hyrum Smith Anderson (1858-1918) was born 19 Oct. 1858 in Manti, Sanpete Co., Utah Territory. He was the son of James Christian Anderson and Margaret Neilson. He married Amelia Sorensen about 1878; widowed 11 Aug. 1913. He married Elizabeth Davis Bailey on 20 Oct. 1915 in Manti. He was baptized 18 Aug. 1866. He responded to a mission call on 23 Sep. 1888 when Wilford Woodruff presided over the Church as President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. He died 23 Oct. 1918 in Salina, Sevier Co., Utah.
