Jacob G. Bigler

Jacob G. Bigler (1813-1907) was born 4 Apr. 1813 in Harrison Co., Virginia. He was the son of Mark Bigler and Susanna Ogden. He married Mary Ann Boggess on 4 Mar. 1841 in Virginia; widowed 29 Oct. 1822. He married Amy Lorette Chase on 18 Jun. 1844 in Nauvoo, Hancock Co., Illinois; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 10 Jun. 1838 in Far West, Caldwell Co., Missouri. He hosted Wilford Woodruff on 26 May 1854 in Salt Creek, Utah Territory. He died 23 Feb. 1907 in Nephi, Juab Co., Utah.
