James Bird
James Bird (1811-1896) was born 18 May 1811 in Sheringham, Norfolkshire, England. He was the son of William Bird and Mary Hagon. He married Margaret Montgomery; widowed 2 May 1850. He married Esther Mallett before 1857; participated in plural marriage. He spent several evenings with Wilford Woodruff in 1848 and 1849. He died 20 Apr. 1896 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah.
