James Chipman

9 Apr 1839 - 13 Oct 1922

James Chipman (1839-1922) was born 9 Apr. 1839 in De Witt, Carroll Co., Missouri. He was the son of Stephen Chipman and Amanda Washburn. He married Sarah Annadellah Green before 1860; participated in plural marriage. He subsequently married Selina Puzey on 15 Dec. 1913 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah. He was listed on stationery used in correspondence sent to Wilford Woodruff between 1894 and 1896. He died 13 Oct. 1922 in Salt Lake City.
