James Stephens Brown

James Stephens Brown (1828-1902) was born 4 Jul. 1828 in Davidson Co., North Carolina. He was the son of Daniel Brown. He met Wilford Woodruff when the leading men of the Church called for volunteers to engage in the Mexican War. He was baptized 7 Jul. 1846 in the Grand River, Iowa Territory. He died in 1902 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah.
