Jane Johnston Black

1801-1890
Jane Johnston Black (1801-1890) was born 11 Jun. 1801 in Antrim Co., Ireland. She was the daughter of Daniel Johnston and Mary Chambers. She married William Black on 31 Jul. 1822, and they had four children. She was baptized about 14 Jan. 1839 Manchester, Lancashire, England. She and her husband hosted Joseph Young overnight on 28 Apr. 1869; Wilford Woodruff mentioned the event in his journal. She died 20 Jan. 1890 in Deseret, Millard Co., Utah Territory.
