Jephthah's daughter (OT)
Jephthah's daughter was the only child of Jephthah. She agreed to serve as a sacrifice so Jephthah could keep his rash vow to the Lord. She is a scriptural figure in the Old Testament referred to in a letter written to Wilford Woodruff.
