John Adams

John Adams (1735-1826) was born 19 Oct. 1735 in Braintree, Suffolk Co., Massachusetts Bay, British Colonial America. He was the son of John Adams Sr. and Susannah Boylston. He married Abigail Smith on 24 Feb. 1764 in Braintree; widowed on 28 Oct. 1818. He died 4 Jul. 1826 in Quincy, Norfolk Co., Massachusetts. He was one of the eminent men for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated temple ordinance work in Aug. 1877.
