John Adams

John Adams (1735-1826) was born 19 Oct. 1735 in Braintree, Suffolk Co., Massachusetts Bay, British Colonial America. He was the son of John Adams Sr. and Susannah Boylston. He married Abigail Smith on 24 Feb. 1764 in Braintree. He died 4 Jul. 1826 in Quincy, Norfolk Co., Massachusetts. He was a signer of the Declaration of Independence and one of the eminent men for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy temple ordinance work in Aug. 1877.
