Joseph Carver
1789-1866
Joseph Carver (1789- abt. 1866) was born 17 Apr. 1789 in Vinalhaven, Hancock Co., Maine. He was the son of Israel Carver. He married Sarah Thayer about 1811. He conveyed Wilford Woodruff across the thoroughfare from the South Fox Island to the North Fox Island in Hancock Co., Maine on 9 Sep. 1837 and 29 Sep. 1837. He died about 1866.
