Joseph Don Carlos Young

Joseph Don Carlos Young (1855-1938) was born 6 May 1855 in Great Salt Lake City, Great Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory. He was the son of Brigham Young and Emily Dow Partridge. He married Alice Naomi Dowden on 22 Sep. 1881 in Salt Lake City; participated in plural marriage. He interacted frequently with Wilford Woodruff as the architect for the Salt Lake Temple from Nov. 1888 to Apr. 1893, and he visited Wilford Woodruff on 25 Apr. 1897. He died 19 Oct. 1938 in Salt Lake City.
