Joseph Richards

Joseph Richards (1762-1840) was born 16 Mar. 1762 in Southborough, Worchester Co., Massachusetts Bay, British Colonial America. He was the son of William Richards and Sarah Bixby. He married Rhoda How on 20 Dec. 1781 in Hopkinton, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts. His son, Phinehas Richards, was ordained a Patriarch by Wilford Woodruff and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles on 17 May 1873. He died 29 Mar. 1840 in Richmond, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts.
