Joseph Woodruff (1752-1811) was born 10 Feb. 1752 in Avon, Hartford Co., Connecticut, British Colonial America. He was the son of Josiah Woodruff and Sarah Woodford and a great-uncle of Wilford Woodruff. He married Anna. He died 31 Jan. 1811 in Westford, Chittenden Co., Vermont.
