Levi Savage Jr.
Levi Savage Jr. (1820-1910) was born 23 Mar. 1820 in Greenfield, Huron Co., Ohio. He was the son of Levi Savage and Polly Haynes. He married Jane Mathers on 23 Jan. 1848 in Great Salt Lake City, Great Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory; widowed 28 Dec. 1851. He married Ann Brummell on 31 Oct. 1858 in Lehi, Utah Co., Utah Territory; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 12 Jun. 1844. He was mentioned by Wilford Woodruff in his journal in 1856 and 1857 in the context of Church meetings and mentioned as a captain for the Willie Handcart Company in a letter written to Wilford on 17 Feb. 1857 by William Woodward. He died 13 Dec. 1910 in Toquerville, Washington Co., Utah.
