Lydia Kinyon Carter

Lydia Kinyon Carter (1799-1866) was born 11 Dec. 1799 in Benson, Rutland Co., Vermont. She was the daughter of Daniel Kinyon and Mary Tanner. She married Simeon Daggert Carter on 2 Dec. 1818 in Benson, and they had three children. She died 10 Dec. 1866 in Great Salt Lake City, Great Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory, and Wilford Woodruff attended her funeral on 12 Dec. 1866.
