Lyman Hall

Lyman Hall (1724-1790) was born 12 Apr. 1724 in Wallingford, New Haven Co., Connecticut, British Colonial America. He was the son of John Hall and Mary Street. He married Abigail Burr on 29 May 1752 in Fairfield Co., Connecticut, British Colonial America; widowed 8 Jul. 1753. He married Mary Osborne on 24 Jul. 1759 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia Co., Pennsylvania, British Colonial America. He died 19 Oct. 1790 in Burke Co., Georgia. He was a signer of the Declaration of Independence and one of the eminent men for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy temple ordinance work in Aug. 1877.
