Martha C. Moulton

Martha (Mattie) Carter Moulton (1843-1889) was born 11 Apr. 1843 in Scaraborough, Cumberland Co., Maine. She was the daughter of Freedom Moulton and Shuah C. Carter and a niece of Phebe Whittemore Carter and Wilford Woodruff. She married Louis O. Mills in Oct. 1869 in Scarborough, and they had four children. She died 12 Jul. 1889.
