Martha Sloan Carter
Martha Sloan Carter (abt. 1816-1893) was born about 1816 in New York City, New York Co., New York. She was the daughter of John Sloan and Jane. She married Ilus Fabyan Carter, the brother of Phebe Whittemore Carter, who married Wilford Woodruff, about 1840, and they had three children. She died 11 Feb. 1893 in Rochester, Monroe Co., New York.
