Martin Luther

1483-1546
Martin Luther (1483-1546) was born 10 Nov. 1483 in Eisleben, Mansfeld, Holy Roman Empire. He was the son of Hans Luder and Margarethe Lindemann. He married Katharina von Bora on 13 Jun. 1525 in Wittenberg, Electorate of Saxony, Holy Roman Empire. He died 18 Feb. 1546 in Eisleben. He was one of the eminent men for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy temple ordinance work in Aug. 1877.
