Matilda Kelly (Kelley) Lane (Lain) Clements (Clemmons) (1811-1886) was born 8 Apr. 1811 in Wilson Co., Tennessee. She was the daughter of John Kelly and Francis. She married Johnson F. Lane before 1834, and they had six children; widowed in Apr. 1855. She married Albert Clements on 9 Jan. 1856 in Monona Co., Iowa. She was baptized 12 Sep. 1834 in Paris, Henry Co., Tennessee. She hosted Wilford Woodruff in 1835 and 1836 in Tennessee and Kentucky. She died 30 Mar. 1886 in Chase Co., Nebraska.
