Nancy Ann Rowlett Smoot Taylor

Nancy Ann Rowlett Smoot Taylor (1787-1871) was born 2 May 1787 in Virginia. She was the daughter of William Rowlett and Jemima Owen. She married George Smoot on 27 Apr. 1805 in Franklin Co., Kentucky, and they had six children; filed for divorce 17 Feb. 1824. She married Levi Taylor on 10 Mar. 1825 in Kentucky, and they had one child. She was baptized 22 Mar. 1835 in Henry Co., Tennessee. She attended the Blood River Branch in Henry Co., Tennessee in 1835 when Wilford Woodruff was a missionary there. She died 16 Mar. 1871 in Johnson Co., Illinois.
