Phebe (Phoebe) Eleanor (Ella) Beatie Bynon (1864-1899) was born 8 Oct. 1869 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory. She was the daughter of Hampden Sidney Beatie and Beulah Augusta Woodruff and the granddaughter of Wilford Woodruff. She married William H. Bynon on 12 Jul. 1891 in Salt Lake City. She died 27 Apr. 1899 in Salt Lake City.
