Phineas Howe Young (1847-1868) was born 31 Dec. 1847 in Winter Quarters (later Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska). He was the son of Joseph Young and Lucinda Allen. He died 13 Mar. 1868 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory, and Wilford Woodruff attended his funeral.
