Platte De Alton Lyman

1848-1901
Platte De Alton Lyman (1848-1901) was born 20 Aug. 1848 in unorganized U.S. Territory. He was the son of Amasa M. Lyman and Eliza Partridge. He married Adelia Robison on 18 May 1867 in Great Salt Lake, Great Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 23 Aug. 1856. He spoke at a meeting that Wilford Woodruff also spoke at on 3 Oct. 1869, and he met with him on 30 Sep. 1883. He died 13 Nov. 1901 in San Juan Co., Utah.
