Priddy Meeks

Priddy Meeks (1795-1886) was born 29 Aug. 1795 in Greenville District, South Carolina. He was the son of Athe Meeks and Margaret Sneed. He married Mary Bartlet in Mar. 1815; widowed 1824. He married Sarah Mahurin on 24 Dec. 1826 in Grayson Co., Kentucky; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized about 1840 in Illinois. He attended church services with Wilford Woodruff on 21 May 1855 in Parowan, Iron Co., Utah Territory. He died 7 Oct. 1886 in Orderville, Kane Co., Utah Territory.
