Quintilian (Marcus Fabius Quintilianus, Quinctilian) wrote a twelve-volume work entitled Institutes of Oratory that was included in the criteria for teachers in Church schools, outlined by Wilford Woodruff as Chairman of the Church Board of Education, in a letter dated 8 Jun. 1888.
