Rhoda Milliken Carter

Rhoda Milliken Carter (1795-1855) was born 23 Nov. 1795 in Scarborough, Cumberland Co., Maine. She was the daughter of Joshua Milliken and Margret Lord and a sister-in-law to Phebe Whittemore Carter, who married Wilford Woodruff. She married Joseph Fabyan Carter on 7 Jan. 1829 in Scarborough, and they had three children. She died 18 Sep. 1855 in Berlin, Sangamon Co., Illinois.
