Richard Whitehead Young

Richard Whitehead Young (1858-1919) was born 19 Apr. 1858 in Great Salt Lake City, Great Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory. He was the son of Joseph Angell Young and Margaret Whitehead. He married Minerva Richards on 5 Sep. 1882. He was baptized 4 Dec. 1875. He met with Wilford Woodruff on 26 Sep. 1888, spoke at a conference with him on 1 Jun. 1889, and was appointed a trustee of Brigham Young College by him on 4 Dec. 1889. He died 27 Dec. 1919 in Salt Lake City.
