Robert Scholes
Robert Scholes (1835-1891) was born 19 Nov. 1835 in Manchester, Lancashire, England. He was the son of George S. Scholes and Maria Whitehead. He married Susan Cornelia Woodruff, daughter of Wilford Woodruff and Phebe Whittemore Carter, on 30 Jan. 1859. He was baptized 30 Oct. 1853 in Great Salt Lake City, Great Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory. He died 14 Jul. 1891 in Onawa, Monona Co., Iowa.
