Sally Waterman Phelps

Sally Waterman Phelps (1797-1874) was born 24 Jul. 1797 in Franklin, Delaware Co., New York. She was the daughter of David Bassett Waterman and Jerusha Case. She married William Wines Phelps on 28 Apr. 1815. She socialized with Wilford Woodruff several times from 1843 to 1845. She died 2 Jan. 1874 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory, and Wilford Woodruff attended her funeral.
