Samuel Alonzo Whitney
Samuel Alonzo Whitney (1840-1923) was born 10 Nov. 1840 in Union Co., Ohio. He was the son of Alonzo Wells Whitney and Henrietta Keys. He married Fanny Mariah Wall on 18 Oct. 1863; participated in plural marriage. He was mentioned by Wilford Woodruff on 25 Sep. 1856 when Wilford learned Samuel was hurt in a threshing machine accident. He died 16 Mar. 1923 in Millville, Cache Co., Utah.
