Samuel Wickersham Woolley

Samuel Wickersham Woolley (1840-1908) was born 2 Apr. 1840 in Hancock Co., Illinois. He was the son of Edwin Dilworth Woolley and Mary Wickersham. He married Maria Angell on 17 Apr. 1858 in Great Salt Lake City, Great Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized in 1849. He hosted Wilford Woodruff for several nights in Aug. 1890, and his home was dedicated by Wilford Woodruff on 13 Jun. 1894. He died 29 Jan. 1908 in Grantsville, Tooele Co., Utah.
