Sarah Ingersoll Harvey Floyd Holmes
Sarah Ingersoll Harvey Floyd Holmes (1816-1889) was born 21 Sep. 1816 Essex Co., Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Isaac Harvey and Dorcas Curtis. She married Enoch Floyd Jr. on 21 Jan. 1833 in Gloucester, Essex Co., Massachusetts, and they had eight children; widowed 10 Nov. 1855. She was sealed to Jonathan Harriman Holmes on 29 Nov. 1862 in Utah Territory. She wrote to Wilford Woodruff in 1880 to inform him of the death of Jonathan and asked him to preach at the funeral. She died 26 Feb. 1889 in St. Charles, Bear Lake Co., Idaho.
