Simeon of Jerusalem (NT)
Simeon blessed Jesus, and Mary and Joseph, when they brought him to the temple, and prophesied that Jesus Christ was the Messiah. He is a scriptural figure in the New Testament referred to in a letter sent to Wilford Woodruff.
